Accessibility Statement

Last updated: March 2026

Our Commitment

Upper 90 College is committed to ensuring our website is accessible and usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or the technology they use to browse the web.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as a baseline for our accessibility standards.

What We Do

We work to make our website accessible in the following ways:

  • Clear language — we write content in plain, easy-to-understand English
  • Colour contrast — we use sufficient contrast between text and backgrounds to aid readability
  • Responsive design — our site is designed to work across devices including desktops, tablets and mobile phones
  • Keyboard navigation — we aim to ensure interactive elements can be navigated using a keyboard
  • Alt text — we provide descriptive alt text for meaningful images
  • Structured headings — pages use a logical heading structure to assist screen reader users

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of our website may not yet meet all WCAG 2.1 AA criteria. We are actively working to identify and address any gaps.

Third-party tools embedded on our site — such as Calendly for booking calls — are governed by their own accessibility policies, which are outside our direct control.

Alternative Access

If you are having difficulty accessing any part of our website or would like information provided in an alternative format, please contact us. We are happy to assist you directly and will respond promptly.

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you experience any barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please get in touch:
